Processing & Production Time

  • All items are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before your order ships.

  • During high-volume drops or preorders, production may take longer. We’ll notify you if there are significant delays.

  • We do not ship on weekends or U.S./Canadian holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

    • Canada (tracked): 2–7 business days

    • U.S. (tracked): 3–10 business days

    • International (tracked): 7–21 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Import duties, taxes, or fees are not included at checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Risk passes to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.
