Processing & Production Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before your order ships.
During high-volume drops or preorders, production may take longer. We’ll notify you if there are significant delays.
We do not ship on weekends or U.S./Canadian holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
Canada (tracked): 2–7 business days
U.S. (tracked): 3–10 business days
International (tracked): 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Lost or Damaged Packages
Risk passes to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.
