Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

When will my order ship?

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before shipping.

Are sales final?

Yes. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Exceptions only for defective or incorrect items.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Email hwdconnect@gmail.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

No. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.

Where’s my package?

Check your tracking email. Shipping delays can happen due to customs or carrier backlogs. If you still need help, contact us at hwdconnect@gmail.com

Are these items official?

Yes. All ALL THINGS KEVV merchandise is authentic and produced through authorized channels.
